Ingredients
- biscuits 150 g
- hazelnuts (or walnuts) 50 g
- egg white 1 pc
- milk 1 tbsp
- powdered sugar 100 g
- butter 60 g
- cocoa 2 tbsp
How to do it?
- Pour the grated coconut into the blender and mix until the coconut slowly starts to release its fat and form a slurry. Rinse the dates under running water and add them to the blender together with cocoa and coconut oil.
- Make a soft dough and chill for two hours in the fridge.
- Then start shaping the wasp’s nests – always scoop up a piece of dough, press into the mold, shape and make a hole in the center. Fill it with cashew butter, cover with sponge, release from the mold and store in the fridge
