How to do it?
- Rinse the lentils and boil them in salted water (approx. 2 teaspoons of salt per 1 liter of water) for 20 minutes. Thanks to this, the lentils in the salad will have a pleasant taste.
- Rinse the broccoli, cut off the tough stems. Let it boil for about 7 minutes, then drain the water, put the broccoli in cold water for a minute, drain again and let it drain (this way the broccoli will retain its fresh taste and beautiful green color). Finally, divide the broccoli into individual bite-sized florets.
- Peel the celery and cut it into thin strips, cut the apple into quarters and cut it into slices. Strain the grape wine and roughly chop the walnuts. Peel the stalked celery and cut into slices.
- Prepare the dressing: mix yogurt, grape must dressing, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, cover with dressing and mix lightly.
