Ingredients
- 3 spoons of pickled chickpeas
- 170 ml sunflower deodorized oil
- 30 ml of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic (you can leave it out)
How to do it?
- Put the chickpea pickle, lemon juice, mustard, chopped clove of garlic, salt in the blender jar, blend until smooth.
- Mix both oils. Start the mixer and pour in a thin trickle and beat into the mayonnaise.
Tip: You can adjust the consistency of the mayonnaise by adding water, lemon juice if the mayonnaise is too stiff. If, on the other hand, you want to achieve even stiffer mayonnaise, beat in extra oil.
