Ingredients
- 150 g of pumpkin seeds
- 150 g natural tofu
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes pickled in oil
- 2 oils from pickled tomatoes
- 2 lemon juice
- 2 tamaris
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100-150 ml of water
- Himalayan salt (optional)
How to do it?
- Dry roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan and grind them finely in a blender after they have cooled.
- Gradually add sun-dried tomatoes, oil, tofu, tamari soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and water. Blend together until smooth. You can add Himalayan salt to taste.
Tip: Serve with sourdough bread and vegetable salad.
