Ingredients
- 600 g of zucchini
- 50 g of white quinoa
- 150 g of peas for coating
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- sunflower oil for frying
- 100 g of soybeans
- 1.5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea or Himalayan salt
How to do it?
- Clean the zucchini and remove the stem. If it is larger, remove the center with the seeds and peel. Grate coarsely on a grater. Put in a colander, salt and let it drain for a while.
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and finely grate the garlic.Mix the peas, turmeric and cumin in a bowl. Add zucchini, quinoa, garlic, sunflower seeds and mix. Divide into smaller parts to make patties.
- Heat a layer of oil in a pan (about 1 cm high). Gradually fry the patties until golden on both sides. Put aside on a napkin and get rid of excess fat.
