Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 70 g of tomato puree
- ground sweet peppers
- fine oatmeal
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 piece of carrot
- cube of organic vegetable broth
- 500g cooked or 2 tins sterilized red kidney beans
- marjoram
- salt
- 500 ml of water
- clove of garlic
- gourmet yeast
How to do it?
- Saute the diced onion in the oil. Add tomato puree, sweet pepper and fry.
- Add flakes, potatoes into larger cubes and carrots into smaller cubes. Pour water so that the base is submerged (about 500 ml of water). Add salt, marjoram, cumin and organic broth. Cook until the carrots are soft, about 15 minutes.
- Add the beans and the liquid they were cooked in or the entire contents of the can, let it boil for 10 minutes. Finally, add the crushed garlic and gourmet yeast.
